Smart Design from the start
Practicing architecture for over thirty years, Hernando Uribe has been involved with the design and development of countless buildings and structures, including resorts, hotels, parking garages, multifamily residential condos, retail, restaurant and bank projects. His work overseas on various local and international projects has given him unique understanding, enhancing his ability to adapt to new locals, new sites, new clients and cultures and a myriad of requirements. Mr. Uribe feels that the ability to work at every level of development – from programming to schematic design to accurate construction documentation – is an important skill in architecture, necessary in creating a successful development team. He is also a BIM/ BIM collaborate expert since 2003 and has been involved in multiple hospitality, multifamily residential and interior projects where he had demonstrated his skills in the execution of projects from schematic design thru construction documents.

With great familiarity in local building bylaws and other regulatory framework, we can provide architectural and design services like no other firm in the industry.
